Stylish and Bright Studio in Berlin

Nice and quiet apartment. Perfect to return to the peaceful atmosphere and rest beside the cow on the wall after a day in the city. After a nice welcome and presentation of the apartment we enjoyed total privacy.

Nice room, not exactly super clean, but beautiful old Berlin building. No TV, no constant hot water in the shower and no bright reading lamp, far more something for the party people. Otherwise, everything worked wonderfully. Overall, for my taste a nice apartment with Berlin-feeling but too expensive.

A very nice apartment, calm and bright. Kitchen is very well equipped. It was a real enjoyment to stay here 5 days. Mario was always available and quickly answered all my questions.

Very nice apartment, bright, with original decoration in a deadlock (so quiet) and close to a metro station which can reach the center (Alexanderplatz) in 10 minutes. An organic supermarket is 30 meters from the building. Accuracy: located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in a great location!

comfortable well appointed apartment in a great located area. easy to get around once you work out the subway system! app immaculately cleaned but maintenance, so so. 2 lights not working, 2 shelfs by mirrors falling of wall, be careful if they have not been fixed!! the most uncomfortable one was that one of the blinds must have fallen out of its fittings and had not been repaired or replaced. this meant that no privacy in the apartment and woken up early with the morning light. this is carless on behalf of the owner who I had no contact with on a 17 day stay! this apartment is in the corner of the a courtyard, with the next door neighbours balcony only 5 m away……..on many nights people were out on balconies partying hard and the longer they partied the louder it got, a total of 8 sleepless nights. the days were also noisy, mayor building work going on in the courtyard. I do expect that when I book I'm told about building activity work that effect the quality of my stay. this work has been ongoing for many months! as well appointed as this app was I would never recommend it anyone who might be noise sensitive. a noise curfew with other apartment users might make it easier for future guest.

The apartment was as described, there were no surprises. She was very nice professionally cleaned and all things were washed. The transfer went very well despite my fault indication of an old phone number. Very postive was the rest of the apartment. Unfortunately, Mondays and Tuesdays artisan work (grinding) were performed on the window (8-15 clock), so there was nothing to rest. Sorry, no info in advance. There are nonetheless come up a few luxury problems that constitute a deficiency, but would be important for us: - The actual bed was unfortunately only a slatted frame on the floor with a thin mattress, the second "bed" an Ikea sofa-bed. You could sleep, but relaxing is different - The sink in the bathroom is too small to not always cause a flood on the floor. - Mirror in the bathroom too small (even for shaving, make-up then took the larger one in the hallway) - No oven - fridge too small to consider more rather than alcohol cold storage as a way for supplies to cook food. - The Internet was okay, but it was not enough to make a movie to stream smoothly. - Unfortunately, the backyard door quieschte very loud, and it was a brisk business at some point on the mind. - Mülltönnen were pretty cluttered, garbage lay before the tons. Could definitely smell at high heat. - The apartment is very bright in the morning, there are no blinds, curtains only.

Environment is great, the apartment is very quiet, is newly renovated. Short distances to the subway and the surrounding neighborhood. The cleanliness of the apartment but left to be desired, for example, sink, fridge, stove. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty, the toilet seat was loose, as the holder of the shower is attached. There was only one towel per person, and only one roll of toilet paper for a period of eight days. There was no soap, shampoo, shower gel or a hair-dryer available. It would have to be noted in the description. The ceiling light in the kitchen did not burn (halogen bulbs broken). On our tel complaint no response.

Myself and a friend have just returned from a holiday in Berlin, where we stayed at this apartment for 5 days. It was exactly as you see in the photographs; nice and clean with all the home comforts you could want. The underground station Gneisenaustraße U-Bahn (Subway U7) is just 50 m from the property. There is also a little supermarket a few meters away selling everything you could want and a lovely bakery right on the corner of Mittenwalder Straße. We hired bikes (12 euro each for one day) from a hotel called ‘Johan’ about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will hopefully get a chance to go back in the future.
