The flat, which is on the top floor of a private block, consists of two double bedrooms, a large reception room, sofa bed ,a separate fully comprehensive kitchen and a bathroom with both power shower and bath.
There is solid wooden flooring throughout and porcelain tiles in both the kitchen and bathroom. The property, which has full double glazing throughout and is taken in a very clean state, also boasts fantastic views of Canary Wharf and comes with off street parking. The block is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.
There are also communal gardens in this popular development. Everything can be provided for your stay, including towels and bedding.
In the local area you will find everything you need for a great stay; there is a large Sainsburys, cafes, restaurants, and trendy bars all within walking distance of the flat. The flat is very close to Goldsmith University campus, so could be an ideal base if you are visiting the university for a conference.
The area also has great transportation links and the flat is located just a few minutes from New Cross Gate Station, which gives you access to the overground and the mainline. There are also numerous buses, which pass close to the flat and go straight to central London, including several night buses, so you can always get home no matter what time of night! You can be in Trafalgar Square (by train) in just 15 minutes.
The vibrant and eclectic area of Shoreditch is also just 15 minutes on the overground. The location is ideal for any tourist!
The flat is really convenient if you are visiting the Olympic games this summer. It is just 20 minutes by bus to Greenwich were a number of events are taking place, and just 20 minutes to the stadium at Stratford, via the Overground and Jubilee Line.

The apartment is as shown and has two bedrooms, a lounge (2 more people can sleep there), a kitchen and a bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and the area was very quiet. It is near to the centre and easy to be in the touristic spots. A good stay for a few days in London. Recommended!
The apartment was as show in the pictures. It was comfortable and warm. The location was good enough for us to get easily to the centre. There were plenty of shops and eateries on New Cross Road. Our stay was much cheaper than a hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay in Sidney’s apartment. We had two bedrooms which were well sized and had all the amenities we needed. It was a short walk to the station and there were also many buses close by. Getting to the centre was easy. The quality/price ration was very high. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Sidney was very friendly and responsive when we had questions. The neighbourhood was very good, quiet with many facilities just a short walk away. 10 minutes walk to New Cross Gate Station. The apartment was big enough for our group of 5. It was very clean, had nice light and good views over to Canary Wharf.
An amazing stay and great host! - Sidney was very welcoming and helped us organised our trip. Amazing apartment which felt like home. 10/10 would stay here again! :-)
Thanks everything. The flat is simple but very good for a few nights.The Location is perfect so close to the city center. Good neighbours and so quite area. I recommend it to everybody.

We had a fantastic time at Sidney's place. It was exactly as described on Wimdu - very clean and had everything a person would need for a short stay. Sidney met us upon arrival and showed us everything. He was a very personable host and we would definitely stay at his place again in the future.
We received very detailed instructions from Sidney. The key arrangements worked very well. We arrived at the house a little later than we expected and sent an SMS to Sidney. It was never replied but once we got to the house everything still worked fine. The apartment was clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. We didin't quite get the Christmas decorations on the walls but didn't mind them. The house is a bit far from the central London but we knew that while booking and the bus connection takes you to the Waterloo station in about 20-30 minutes. There was five of us and the apartment was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
We were in June 2015 with four people in the apartment. The location to London City is ok. about 30 min train ride plus 10 minute walk to the train station. The apartment itself was clean and met the angaben.die equipment is very poor with respect dishes and accessories. for 6 people, it would be very problematic, since there is only one bathroom without a window. generally very simple but certainly ok for London.
wir waren im juni-2015 mit vier personen im appartment. die lage zur londoncity ist ok. ca. 30 min zugfahrt plus 10 min fußweg zur bahnstation. das appartment selbst war sauber und entsprach den angaben.die ausstattung ist sehr dürftig bezüglich geschirr und zubehör. für 6 personen wäre es sehr problematisch , da es nur ein bad gibt ohne fenster. allgemein sehr einfach aber sicherlich ok für londoner verhältnisse.
