Ideally located, this apartment is situated in the very heart of Paris, close to Pantheon, Notre-Dame and the very well known rue Mouffetard for its night life and its restaurants , the Jardin des Plantes and Luxembourg gardens. It is in a short walking distance to the Ile Saint Louis, place Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Pres, with Le Cafe de Flore, Les deux Magots or la brasserie Lipp. Saint Germain des Pres is also one of the trendiest area in Paris, known for the fashion stores as Yves Saint Laurent or Louis Vuitton and many others. Many shops and stores are close to the apartment: bakery, butchery, supermarket, open air market, theater, restaurant, cafe...
The nearest metro station is Cardinal Lemoine.

The security deposit is equal to the amount of the rent for rentals of less than 21 days (Possibility of taking an imprint bank card with Visa or Mastercard).
For rentals between 21 days and 6 months, we charge one month's rent, and 2 months rent for rentals of more than 6 months.

House clean and perfect .... great kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Well positioned allows you to move right to the city 'walk, boat or metro'. Too bad for windows that do not have a nice view, but just a few steps, and 'in the middle of the Latin Quarter. Great experience!!

Eine bessere Lage kann es nicht geben.direkt am jardin du Palais Royal gelegen,einem Juwel von Park.zu Fuß fünf Minuten zum Louvre,kaum zehn Minuten zur Opera garnier.in dieser trubeligen Umgebung liegt diese schöne Wohnung absolut ruhig in einer Seitenstraße . Eine baeckerei direkt daneben,zwei typische pariser lebenmittellaedchen direkt gegenueber.die Aussicht aus allen Fenstern ist eine typische Pariser hinterhofaussicht.durch das wunderbare Ambiente der Wohnung nimmt man dies jedoch nicht als störend war.die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet.die Betreuung durch eine Agentur war korrekt,unkompliziert und angenehm.wir fühlten uns absolut wohl und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
The Duplex is in an excellent location for visiting Paris with easy access to the whole city. The unit is very well maintained and clean. You have to go up one set of stairs to the first floor before you are able to take an two person elevator to the actual unit. The beds are a little on the hard side but OK. The unit has one nice sized shower and a large tub in one of the bathrooms. We had six people in the unit and it took us a few days to figure out a shower schedule so that we all had hot water, but we got it worked out. We would recommend purchasing a couple of fans if you are going to be there when it is hot there is no A/C in the unit. The street the unit is on is one of the main walking streets in Paris at night, it is very busy, which is nice as there is alot of places to eat and things to see, but it also has it draw backs as there is noise at night.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much in your apartment. My only complaint is that I could not reach anyone by telephone when I had a question. Only an answering machine in French which I tried to respond to but was not successful.
Also, it would have been helpful to have instructions in English for how to use th washing machine. Otherwise it was very nice. Very nice renovation and very clean, most importantly. Thank you, Gaylyn Greiner
The apartment is very well located. It is steps away from Notre Dame. It was clean and orderly as shown in the pictures. It is located on a very busy night life street so gets noisey at night and stays noisey until very late. In fact, in the same building on the street level is a guy strip club which attracts a lot of excited and drunk girls which stays open until 4AM. It is also close to the busy street along the river whichs producers a lot of highway noise. If you can close the windows and block out the noise it is great.
This is a great little apartment in the centre of Paris. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is very quiet. Close to the metro and within reasonable walking distance from Notre Dame. There are perhaps prettier areas of Paris, but for the price, it is good value for money.

Great apartment. Very clean and excellent location. Close to metro, easy walking to many sights. Staff was responsive and quick to attend to our needs. Would stay here again! Only thing to consider in the heat of the summer is that with windows open it would be noisy from the street.

We were a group of 6 adults and a 4 yr old and stayed in the apartment for 5 nights.
Plus points- great location, the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no disturbance from the road below, unless u left all the windows open. Even then not too bad.the apartment was newly refurbished and all the fittings were good.
There is one bedroom with a double bed which is a good size. The second double bed is in the mezzanine level with no doors. The mezzanine level has a ensure but with no toilet.
The sofa bed was of vey good quality and had a proper mattress.towels and fresh sheets were provided. There was internet available.there was good communication from them. An agent named Christian was there to welcome us and went through the fittings with us. My fault was to rush him through it and not get all the details.
Minus points- not a lot really. The lift to the apartment is from the first Floor and can only fit 2 people at a time or one with luggage. Not a real problem. The main problem was that there was only one toilet,As we were the first people to stay there after refurbishment there were a few niggling issues which I am sure they will sort out
