Está situado encima de un pub irlandés, pero el aislamiento de las ventanas reduce casi a cero el ruido ambiente. Hemos estado 11 días y no nos ha molestado ni siquiera el fin de semana. Y es una zona muy concurrida.
La recogida de llaves al llegar es un poco complicada, ya que te obliga a hacer una parada, pero las instrucciones recibidas por correo son suficientemente explicativas. La recogida de llaves al marchar se hace en el apartamento y con puntualidad.
La anfitriona se comunica constantemente por mail con el inquilino, dándole información sobre cualquier circunstancia.
Hay un librito de instrucciones donde explican supermercados, farmacias, funcionamiento de todos los elementos del piso (en francés e inglés).
Sin duda repetiríamos (aunque en verano no creemos, ya que al no tener aire acondicionado obligaría a tener las ventanas abiertas).

me cobraron una fianza igual a el alquiler, tuve que hacerme un seguro de cancelación que me costo 45€, y lo peor de todo es que llegué a parís y no sabia ni donde tenia que recoger las llaves ni me cogían el teléfono ni había nadie en las oficinas de ellos, por lo que me tuve que ir a un hotel ese dia, después el apartamento estaba encima de un piano bar que tenia la música a tope hasta las 4 de la mañana sabiendo ellos que viajaba con una niña de 2 años, en resumen, me han amargado el viaje a Paris, ahora estoy en proceso de denuncia con ellos, asi que no recomiendo esta empresa que es lo que es aunque en windu aparezca el nombre de ella, se llama " A Paris comme chez soi

Прекрасное место, центр! В шаговой доступности - достопримечательности, большое кол-во ресторанов с вкусной и очень демократичной ценой, шопинг, метро, стоянка такси и city loker - в нашем случае было очень удобным вариантом.

The flat was pleasantly decorated and clean. Good location, just by Notre Dame and Boulevard St Michel, and this is a very good asset of course. Unfortunately a very noisy musical bar underneath in the street played loud music until the early hours in the morning. Three of the rings in the cooker did not work from the very beginning of our stay, and the handbook instructions about this particular appliance were not too precise, so we had to work out how to operate the only working ring, it took a while. We indicated this to the agency, but the cooker was not repaired during our stay. The coffee machine did not work from the very beginning of our stay, but it was replaced a couple of days after we arrived. The area is full of restaurants of all types and prices. For us a good point was bookshops nearby, and walking distance from the Centre Pompidou library. The flat was well furnished with plates and pots. The shower cubicle is rather comfortable in size, and the main bed is big and provided with a comfortable mattress. The heating system was efficient. There is a big television set. Wifi internet worked only sporadically for the first half of our stay, but it was fine in the last few days. All in all, we had a pleasant stay despite the problems indicated here.
