Pretty balconied apartment of 38 square meters . The house is 50 meters from the Metro A ( Valle Aurelia ), 100 meters from the train station ( Rome - Viterbo F3 ) and 100 meters from the bus stop . Located near the Vatican Museums , Piazza San Pietro can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and with the Metropolitan in 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you will be in Piazza di Spagna, Via Veneto or inside the railway station "Termini " (read the reviews of my guests ) .
Comfortable for people. Fully furnished, comes with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. The bathroom has a shower, toilet complete with toiletries and a hairdryer .
You will find TV , wi-fi , washing machine, weather helm , iron and ironing board . The kitchen , complete with every useful accessory , includes, in addition to the hob and the gas oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The second bed is made from a comfortable sofa bed, if you request it is available as a travel cot for children.
Nearby parking is available free of charge and also two supermarkets , pizzerias, restaurants and a cinema ..
