Bright, quiet and silent top floor flat. Tastefully decorated, in a practical and contemporary style. It has an easy internal arrangement, with no corridors "everything is close at hand". Long views of the capital's rooftops and to the sea in the background. Located in a 7th floor (with lift), in the heart of the city, in the Callao de Lima street (corner with Pilar street). A few meters from the recreation area of Parque Garcia Sanabria, City Hall, the Civil Government and the commercial areas of Pilar and Castillo streets. Very close to the Clinica Parque as well as to other hospitals: Clinica Hospiten Rambla, Clinica Capote and Clinica Santa Cruz. Suitable for people with reduced mobility to a moderate degree.
Living-dining with 32-inch flat screen TV / two bedrooms, the main one with double bed and the second one with single bed / bathroom with shower room / kitchen equipped with conventional gas hob (4 burners), microwave with electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas water heater, blender, toaster, electric juice squeezer, kettle, coffee maker and other basic cookware, cutlery and crockery / wash room with washing machine and drying rack on communal rooftop terrace / hair dryer / iron and ironing board / bedding, duvets and towels / elevator.
The apartment is a few meters from the recreation area of Parque Garcia Sanabria (“green lung” of the City).
The Parque Marítimo César Manrique swimming pools complex, the Central Bus Exchanger and the Auditorium, are 9 minutes by car.
Las Teresitas white sand beach and San Andres fishing village are 8 km.
Las Gaviotas beach is below Las Teresitas beach, but has a more complicated access.
Pharmacy (20 mts.), Supermarket (40 mts.), Shops and Boutiques, Bakeries, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, etc., are around the area.
As the apartment is situated in a very central area of the capital, parking in the surrounding area are limited, although, with greater or lesser difficulty, you can always find site for parking. As an alternative, there is a public Parking only 2 min. walking distance from the apartment.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife has many places with WIFI free (city center, parks, restaurants, bars, etc).

Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a city of 222.271 inhabitants (2011) and has the typical services of a Spanish capital of provinces of medium type.
From the Central Bus Exchanger (Intercambiador) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, depart buses for all the Towns of the Island (the official Transports Company is TITSA).
Also you can go to the apartment from the Airport by taxi. You can hire this service from home. This service, it’s easy and safe, although obviously it’s a little bit more expensive!. The price from Tenerife South Airport to the apartment is around 78.00 euros (for more info, please contact with the owner).
In any case, the best way to visit Tenerife is renting a car (not are expensive in comparison with other tourist locations).
We can't recommend a car rental company in particular, but you could calculate on-line a quote for your stay (for more info, please contact with the owner).
Please keep in mind that a car will allow you to have many possibilities, because Tenerife is an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (known as the Island of Eternal Spring) and "find" good weather and a "summer" temperature, even in the month of January, can be a matter of a few kilometers.
House rulesAs proof of our seriousness, we deliver to our guest a legal contract in Spanish (with an automatic translation in English), to cover the days of your stay and where we specified clearly the object of it and the commitments of both parties.
Please remember that in order to complete this contract that we will give you the day of your arrival, with the keys of the apartment, you should send us your personal data (name, full address and Passport or Identity Card number).
Also, if you need an invoice, send us the fiscal data of your company.
In order to know in advance if your flight has any delay and to track by Internet, we will also ask you to provide us the name of the airline and your flight number.
To coordinate the delivery of the keys, you should send us a text message (sms or WhatsApp) to our mobile phone, once you have collected your baggage at the airport and you are ready to go to the apartment (normally takes about 45 minutes to reach the apartment by car from the Tenerife South Airport and 20 minutes from Tenerife North Airport).
Please note that the date of your arrival you must deliver to us in cash, 100.00 euros as security deposit that will be returned the day that you leave the apartment, once revised housing and provided that you return it in the state in which it was found.

The appartment was even more beautiful than it was in the pictures! It is at the boulevard en close to all things you need (restaurants, beach, supermarket, bakery). We got detailed information about our arrival before arriving (including a detailed description of the route from the airport to the appartment) and the welcome in the appartment was well organized. From the appartment you can easily access the highway and thereby reaching all parts of Tenerife.
Wonderful apartment. Large, fresh and nicely furnished. 2 large bathrooms fine.
The whole Santa Cruz within walking distance.

Really Nice apartment in super surroundings.
We stayed over Christmas with our children in this place. We really enjoyed a very clean and well equipped apartment. Great terrassa with great view to the Atlantic ocean. Had a swimmingpool just in front og the place - Nice with all the equipment for Beach - chairs, towels and so on.
Bars and restaurants just around the corner and shops on the mainstreet. The owner did a good job in informing us before arrival. And we were received very late at night.
We can truely recommend this place.
Pilar es una anfitriona de cinco estrellas, muy atenta y siempre disponible para cualquier posible necesidad durante nuestra estancia en Tenerifa e incluso antes de ella.
La comunicación fue fluida y con cero complicaciones. En cuanto al apartamento: es un lujo la situación, en pleno centro de Tenerife, muy cerca de Plaza España y del puerto, cerca de muchas zonas comerciales, incluye garaje por lo que si tienes un coche de alquiler te quitas un problema a la hora de buscar aparcamientos (casi todo es zona azul en el centro) muy amplio (dos habitaciones y dos baños, con cocina y salon con comedor) y bastante luminoso, SUPER limpio.
Un elemento que nos vino muy bien es que a un minuto tienes una tienda de 24 horas con las cosas básicas del día a día (pan, leche, productos para higiene) a precios nada elevados, por lo que si sales de escursión no tienes que estar preocupado de la hora a la que volver para encontrarte el supermercado abierto.
Si vuelvo a Tenerife repetiría alojamiento sin dudar!
El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones excepcionales, hasta lavavajillas (que no indicaban en la descripción), ropa de cama, toallas (incluso para la piscina), sombrillas, sillas de playa...
y un plus: una amplísima terraza y con unas vistas magníficas al mar.
A la anfitriona no tuvimos oportunidad de conocerla,nos recibió una amiga, encantadora por cierto, pero siempre estuvo atenta a lo que necesitaramos.
Como ya te dije Pilar, un placer y nos encantaría repetir.
Tenemos un dicho que como en la casa de uno no se está en ningún sitio. Pues no es real yo e estado en mi casa de la Candelaria igual que en la mía .
