The Eixample district where the apartment is known for its modernist architecture for which Barcelona is so world famous. This is the true, modern central area in Barcelona, and from this location you can get easily everywhere in the city on foot or in public transport. So with a short walk you can reach Plaza Catalunya, worldwide famous street of Las Ramblas or trendy Paseo de Gracia. In addition there are also a number of stores you might need during your stay such as municipal markets, supermarkets, as well as a number of outstanding Barcelona restaurants and tapas bars.

We had some very nice days in Barcelona. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, the rooms but very small with no windows to the outside. For three nights but that is totally OK The location is ideal, it is very quick and easy everywhere. Thank you Rita! Agnes and Swen from Berlin

The house is near sagrada familia, we passed a very nice holiday, specially the last night at the balcony with the other people in the house.

A very clean, centrally located property with friendly Gastgeberin.Wir (2 people) shared the apartment with the hostess and 4 other guests. Two of the three bedrooms are too small, 2 people are in there, you can not move it. In the common room, a cozy corner missing. When you've been out all day, you want to be able to sit comfortably in the evening. In the bedroom, it was not possible. For 7 people, this apartment is too small. So we do not want to spend another holiday.
We spent three nights at Rita's in a nice apartment, located on Marina Street (5min from the Sagrada Familia metro & L5). Apart quiet, pleasant, good agreement with the roommates! The room a bit small: loft bed for 2 people (watch big) and a sofa bed below without direct outside window. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen impeccable, we had at our disposal compartments to store our products. Convenience stores around the area. The bus lines are nearby (bus 24 to get to Park Güell). Rita is available and looking. Good stay, I highly recommend this apartment for those wishing to visit BCN on three days tt is doable. The + L5 metro goes directly to the train station and the train heading to the airport (just 5 stops). Marina Street is the perfect location!
Very convenient location, not too much in the very center but not far away, so that you can attain unto even walk (30 min), particularly regarding the interesting Gràcia. Immaculate property with very nice hostess and another, quiet guests. Werner
we were in Barcelona for 3 days, my daughter and I and we felt immediately at home with the hospitality of Rita, cheerful and sunny which gave us full in its availability. the house was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything to cook, the room, although a little 'small (ours) was tastefully furnished: double bed and sofa double bunk below, only lack the light, while the room overlooking the terrace (recommended) was beautiful, and the location of the house is also very strategic, close to the metro and buses that work very well in Barcelona, I highly recommend trying a living by Rita

Nice room with Rita. Quiet, clean, well maintained. Residential area close to the Sagrada Familia and Metro. Walk the ocean is reached (about 20 min). Everything else perfect. Again any time.

Our stay in Barcelona at Rita's place was mesmerizing! She made us feel unbelievably comfortable. The furnishing was sufficient and the centrally located flat made it easy to go from one place to another without difficulty.
